Babe was severely injured in a rodeo accident and had to have one leg amputated.
But that didn't stop him from singing Jimmie Rogers Songs and telling Jimmie's story for
over sixty years. According to Babe his brother ran around with Jimmie back in 1930's
and he use to toss him money every now and then.
